Say No To Exam Stress..

Hey guys, welcome back to my blog. I’m really sorry I have not been posting that often latley due to revision. In 2 weeks time I will also be sitting my mock exams hense to why i’m doing this post. So I thought I would show you guys some ways I use to destress from exams. I just thought It would be good way to talk about my tips and share with you guys as I love trying these and hopefully it might help you guys to. Also I seen my friend Aiko Camila do this on her blog and it really inspired me and helped me to stay relaxed so I thought I would share my tips and tricks.

Try a FaceMask

Now this is one of my favourite things to do when I’m crazy with revision is to put on a facemask. I just find that taking a step away from revision and putting on a facemask can make me feel so relaxed. Not only is it replenishing your skin and getting all the goodness it needs but it also makes you feel so refreshed. It only takes about 10 minutes and during this time I just like to relax on my bed and mabye listen to music. Then you can go back to revising all refreshed and ready to carry on.

Play with your pet

Now this one is optional as you may not have a pet but if you do it’s always good to hang out with your furry best friend. This can really be a lot of fun and it means you get to spend quality time together. You may also want to take them for a walk and this can really help you as you are stepping out into the fresh air and this can really clear your mind from all the revision that has clogged it. It’s just a nice way to bond with your pet as they are always up to play and have fun!

Watch Watch Watch!

I tend to do this one quite a lot and it’s hard to not get caught up in it. So another thing I love to do in my revision breaks is to either catch up on Youtube videos or a TV series I have been loving. When I revise I like to normally revise for 30 minutes and then watch 20 minutes of Youtube or an episode of a series and this is just a great way to catch up on videos or episodes you have missed and still get revision done after that to.

Remember try not to procasonate as I sometimes forget as we still need to revise!!

Call a friend

When revision goes to your head just step away and take a break. A great way to spend your break is to call or skype a friend. I like to do this because it’s a nice way to escape and just have a nice chat with your friends and catch up. You might want to meet up with them and hang out to as that is a great way to deflect and can really put a smile on your face.

I hope this has helped in some way and just remember to not stress because all people will expect from you is to try your very best and it isn’t the end of the world. So don’t go pulling your hair out, I know it feels like it at the time as we have all been there but we aren’t perfect. Just try your very best and think positive as that is the best way to do it.
