Hello everyone and welcome back to another post by me and today’s post I thought I would show you guys a step by step guide on one of my favourite drink’s I love to make and this is a recipe for Iced coffee. It isn’t the healthiest drink on earth but one of the tastiest and it is a lovely afternoon treat! So here are the ingredients you will need,
-Coffee granules (any of your choice but today I’m using Nescafe)
-Toffee Sauce or Caramel
– A blender
So first of all you want to grab your coffee granules and a teaspoon and depends how strong you like coffee you could put two tea spoons in but today I’m only putting one in because I don’t like coffee that much.
Next step, you want to get your ice cream and put 3-4 scoops of ice cream into your blender, depends how much you are making then you may put more in.
Then put your two ice cubes in and then measure 250ML of milk and pour that in to.
Then before you blend it all squirt some toffee sauce or caramel sauce on top of the mixture. If you don’t like any of them two you can use Golden syrup as a option but you don’t have use any of them if you don’t want to but it just adds more of a sweet taste to the drink.
(This sure looks yummy, doesn’t it)
The next step is blending it all together into a smooth liquid. I’m using a ninja bullet to blend all mine together and I do that for about a minute since it blends very quickly. If you have a different blender it may take a few more minutes.
After this I like to quickly stir the drink to make sure it’s all mixed and have a bit of a taste test.
Then you want to grab your cup and pour your drink in.
So this next bit is optional you don’t have to do it if you don’t want to but I love to squirt some cream on top and then drizzle some toffee or caramel sauce on
and then enjoy!
